SeSaM running under new management

Starting from November 1st, SeSaM-Biotech will be under new managment.

Dominik Behrendt is taking over the lead of the company and will follow Dr. Alexander Schenk as CEO of SeSaM-Biotech.

"SeSaM is changing a lot these days" says fresh CEO Dominik Behrendt, "We have not only switched the management but will also move the operative business to Aachen, Germany. Despite all these changes we could ensure that the core knowledge is kept within the company - and we continue to deliver the finest SeSaM mutant libraries to our customers."




SeSaM-Biotech wins Bremen Founders Award

The SeSaM-Biotech GmbH is one of the three winners of the Bremer Founders Award 2010. The start-up founded in 2008, was awarded third place in honor of successful business and outstanding dedication.




SeSaM-Biotech enters antibody gene library market

SeSaM can be used as an innovative diversity generation method for any protein including antibodies and other therapeutic proteins.

In order to break into the antibody engineering market, SeSaM-Biotech started an antibody gene library campaign with a special offer for the first 50 customers.




Founding member leaves SeSaM-Biotech for China

Dr. Kang Lan Tee, Chief Financial Officer, one of the co-founders of SeSaM-Biotech is leaving the company to start a lectureship position in Xi'an JiaoTong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) next to her husband, Prof. Dr. Tuck Seng Wong.
