SeSaM-Biotech integrates biological, physical and chemical expertise in the development of highly specific assays to screen enzyme mutant libraries.

Depending on the desired through-put, the assays are designed on the following platforms:

 

through-put platform readout
low through-put GC. HPLC chromatogram(peaks)
medium through-put TLC, tube arrays colorimetric
high through-put microtiter plate(48, 98, 384 well) colorimetric, fluorometric
very high through-put agar plate(semi-quantitative) colorimetric, zone of clearance
ultra-high through-put FACS(semi-quantitative) fluorometric

 

Assay development includes test trials plus optimization of assay parameters and conditions.
